Welcome to Access Veterinary Learning's subscription site for Small Animal Veterinarians.
This site is in its start-up phase and so does not
yet contain the full range of content categories or media types it
will include in the future.
At the moment the website focuses nearly exclusively on small animal
surgery web video's, of which there are nearly 50 titles - so the site is already a great resource for those interested in surgery.
As the site grows, other topic categories and content media types will be
added. Our strength will always be, however, video based content featuring
'skills acquisition' oriented titles; in surgery and many other areas.

How to become a subscriber
There are 2 main ways you can subscribe to this site:
1. Subscribe through a small animal veterinary association that has signed up to be an Access Veterinary Learning AVL Affiliate (free for associations to do). This is the cheaper way and your association will benefit as well.
Veterinary Associations can find more information about our affiliate program here.
2. Subscribe as an individual - not through an Affiliate Association.
Associations can also sign up as AVL Member
Partners - whereby every one of their members becomes an AVL
subscriber for a much lower yearly fee. Ask for more information.
WSAVA Congress. It was great to meet so many Vets from around the world at the WSAVA Congress in Sydney in August. 20 Vets from 8 nations joined us as new subscribers and many others expressed interest in joining after speaking with colleagues back home.

This website is best viewed using a broadband internet connection.
This site features small animal surgery content at the moment because that's what the developers of this site do best. Content across a wide range of categories will be added, by a range of content authors, as the site grows.
Here is an example of a web video, used throughout this site.
